Meet the Artist

Travis stared his career in 2004 as an apprentice mentored by the famous tattooer Cleen Rock One in Elgin Illinois. The influence Cleen passed down to Travis was his ability to apply solid color and solid clean outlines. The result came in the form of New School tattoos which Travis adopted as his first preferred style. Having a strong background in drawing comic book and cartoon art growing up New School felt like a natural fit. Not long after he used his realism skills to start putting out more black and gray realism tattoos and 20 years later It's his preferred style. That isn't to say he didn't find a way to merge the two and also enjoys doing full color realism with the addition of surreal elements. Being in the industry for 2 decades he learned how to tattoo most styles adequately and can handle pretty much anything thrown his way.
